Teegan dated Britton Webster in High School. He really liked her and even eluded to the fact that he wanted to marry her after his mission. But a couple weeks before graduation he broke up with her. She had gotten so close and he had pretty much won her over, even though it took some doing. She felt devastated. It seemed to come out of the blue. At grad night he Teegan saw him and one of her best friends kiss in the kissing booth. What a slap in the face. As a mother it was so hard to watch her be so upset!
Fast forward about a year and a half and now they are both home from their missions and he is pursuing her again. We told her not to get back together with him. She said that they are just friends. They have a good time together. AS the summer went on he has begun to win her over again. I was not super happy about it. But he is a decent guy. And she could do worse. But her family and friends told her she could do better and not to settle. All she wanted was to have get married and have a family.
They got engaged in October after returning to Provo after Fall break.
They got married on February 26, 2021 in the Cedar City temple. They had their reception in a park in Santa Clara. She was a beautiful bride! They would have gotten married in December, but I told them they had to wait at least until February. Because Tyler was getting married in December and there was no way I was doing two weddings in one month! Ha
